🚗 Work Requirements
Do you have reliable transportation to and from work?
Do you have a valid driver’s license?
All employees must pass a routine background check before hire — can you meet this requirement?
Are you comfortable working outdoors in Florida’s heat and weather conditions?
Are you able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate lawn equipment safely?
💼 Position Details
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Experience: Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Weed eating and cleanup after services
Working efficiently as part of a team
Respecting clients’ properties and communicating politely
Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward team members
